Only when the user activates the button by clicking it, and thus declares his consent to communicate with Facebook, Google and Twitter, the buttons are become active and make the connection. The user can then sent the recommendation with a second click. If the user is already logged in with the social network of their choice like Facebook and Google+, this can be done without another window popping up. So a click on one of the buttons means that the user grants permission to transmit data to the operator of the social network.
